Analytics

We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages get read and which don't — no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no cookie banner needed because no cookie is set for this purpose.

Feedback form

When you submit the feedback form, we store the page you were on, your optional sentiment choice, and your optional comment. The form does not require your name or email, and we do not ask for either. If you email us directly instead, we keep that email only as long as needed to resolve your question.

What we never collect

• Your NOUN login credentials, matriculation number, or any account detail — never ask for these, and we'd have no legitimate use for them if you sent them
• Payment information — we never process payments; all NOUN fees are paid through NOUN's own portal
• Your IP address or user agent alongside feedback submissions
